Non Fossil Fuel Home Heating – Pt 1

Even though I though a weather pattern similar to 1868, 1918 and 1977 would deliver one of the warmest springs on record and an unusually hot summer natural, Global Warming pushed 2010 even further into the hottest summer in recorded history with massive consecuences for the Global ecosystem as well as food production. While I did expect a hot summer in the U.S. anyway; Asia shattered heat records all over while Russias forest burned and Moscow choked in smog after days on end of 100 degree heat.

Now that fall is here; it is time to look at new ways to heat out homes and give our planet a breal – then I come across this ad for Climate Master – Geothermal Heat Pump Systems.

Climate Mster geothermal systems tap the constant temperature of the earth to provide heating, cooling and hot water. You can trim your energy use by up to 80 % while keeping your home comfortable year round. With new tax credits you can save an additional 30 % on total installation.

This is a cleaner choice for the environment and a good investment.
